2002. In addition to the breach stated above, should any prior liens, taxes and / or encumbrances
be delinquent or become delinquent, the delinquency must be cured as a condition of reinstatement.
The Beneficary in said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold the property described
in said Notice of Trustee's Sale under the Deed of Trust. To protect any interest that you may have
in the property, you have until 5:00 p.m. of the last business day prior to the sale date, as shown
on the companion Notice of Trustee's Sale, in order to reinstate the loan and maintain title. Take
note that all interests in the trust property subordinate in priority to said Deed of Trust may be
